Xiaomi August 10 Event – The Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 flagship smartphone is set to launch in China today. In addition to the new MI Mix phone, Chinese EM will unveil the much-anticipated MI Pad 5 Series Android tablets and other products including the MI OLED TV 2021. The Xiaomi launch event will start at 13:30 GMT or 7:00 PM IST. Here’s what you need to know about Shaomi’s upcoming products.

Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 flagship phone-processor, display camera, which we know so far

The Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 will probably have a FHD + 120Hz OLED display. According to the Geekbench list, the phone could be powered by a Snapdragon 888+ mobile platform and come with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. On the front of the camera, the Mi Mix 4 is expected to offer a triple-camera layout with two 48-megapixel ultra-wide and a telephoto zoom sensor with a 108-megapixel primary sensor. Xiaomi has confirmed that the new MI Mix flagship MIUI 12.5 will arrive on the ship. On the front, the Mi Mix 4 is said to carry a 32-megapixel under-display camera that will be the first in the industry. For backup, the phone can pack a 5,000mAh battery with 120W wired and 70W-80W wireless charging support.

Xiaomi Mi Pad 5- Space, Feature (Expected)

In addition to the Mi Mi Mix 4, Xiaomi is expected to launch a new series of tablets at its August 10 launch event. The new Mi Pad 5 series will probably have three offers – Mi Pad 5, Mi Pad 5 Lite, and Mi Pad 5 Pro. As far as glasses are concerned, the tablets are expected to be equipped with a bezel-less display with Snapdragon 870 chip and stylus support. Rumor has it that Android-based MI tablets may have a MI11X-like design with a dual camera on the back. The tablets will probably have a USB-C port for charging and will run MIUI based Android 11.

Mi OLED TV 2021: What we know so far

Xiaomi is expected to showcase a new 4K smart TV at today’s event. According to Chinese e-retail site JD.com, the Mi OLED TV 2021 range will have an Ultra HD 4K display resolution with HDR support. Presumably Android TV will come with voice assistant support. According to the report, there will be three separate screen sizes 55 55-inch, 65-inch and 77-inch, all of which will probably equip a quad-core processor. According to the e-retail site’s teaser page, the Mi OLED TV 2021 range will boast a slim bezel display and support Nvidia G-Sync for an enhanced gaming experience.
