Xiaomi India announced about the new app through its official Twitter account. The app is being offered as a one-stop solution for its users. Xiaomi claims that the app will provide 24×7 customer support to get warranty information on their devices. Additionally, users will be able to find service centers and also get various spare parts prices through the Xiaomi Service+ application.

The new Xiaomi Service+ application is already available for download on the Google Play Store. The description of the application on Google Play Store states, “Xiaomi Service+ is designed as a one stop solution for all customer’s after sales needs. Customers can access various functions related to after sales for any of our products. Functions include Book Service Center Appointments, Self Help, Chat bots, Locating Service Centers, Special Offers, Diagnosis, Tag Devices and Track Complaints.
