AirPods 3 with a new design said to launch alongside iPhone 13

AirPods 3 has been in the news for a long time but nothing official has been released before. Numerous leaks have been revealed to excite us even more. But this time we have some information that can make the wait even shorter.

The third installment of Apple’s standard truly wireless earbuds is expected to be launched soon, along with another expected product from Capertino Tech Major: the iPhone 13.

Will AirPods 3 launch in two months?

A report by Digitimes Suggests that AirPods could launch at this year’s iPhone 13 lineup launch event on September 3rd. It has been revealed that shipments of flexible PCBs (FPCBs) and CIP modules to be used in upcoming AirPods have started and will be increased in the third quarter and fourth quarter of this year.

This came after a recent report that hinted at mass production entering earbuds in August. If all this is true, then AirPods 3 has a high probability of launching in two months. The date of Apple’s event is unknown, it is likely to be September 14th.

Apple earbuds will feature a different design that will be a hybrid of standard and Pro AirPods. Thus, we can expect a short stem, a large charging case and a universal fit design.

While we can expect improvements in battery life, performance, and more, don’t expect Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). Moreover, the audio product is assumed to be “price-friendly” and the price could be as high as 15,000 like the AirPods 2.

As this year’s iPhone 13 repeats, we’ll see four models: the iPhone 13, 13 Mini, 13 Pro and Pro Max. All iPhones are expected to come with an OAELD display, though, the Pro variants may get promotion screens with support for a 120Hz refresh rate.

The phones are expected to come with camera improvements, a small notch, a combination of Face ID and Touch, up to 1TB of internal storage (again for Pro models) and more.
