This means that no one else, not even WhatsApp, Meta and proxy providers, can read users’ personal messages and listen to their private calls.

The new feature is useful as it will make the platform safe and secure for all users.

The latest update to WhatsApp beta for Android has the ability to report status updates available to some beta testers after installing them on the Play Store, and is expected to roll out to more users in the coming days, the report said. hopefully.

In addition, WhatsApp is reportedly redesigning its Status tab for the Android beta to include newsletters. The company is working on revamping the Status tab by adding two separate sections – Status and Newsletter.

Important aspects of this redesigned section will be the inclusion of users’ subscribed newsletters directly in the Status tab, as well as the ability to search for newsletters by username.

Furthermore, status updates will be displayed in a horizontal layout similar to Instagram Stories.
