After several rumours, Vivo has finally confirmed the launch of its upcoming mid-range smartphone series in India. Vivo V27 series will soon be officially available in the market. This time, the brand is marketing the product with the hashtag ‘TheSpotlight Phone’ because of the Ring LED torch on the back.
The Vivo V27 series appears to be similar to the Vivo S16 series in terms of design. For starters, the S16 series was launched in China in December 2022.

Vivo V27 series will be launched in India soon. The company has already created Landing Page for the phone on flipkart. Unfortunately, the exact release date is unknown. Although the promotional campaign has been pushed ahead, the smartphone series is expected to launch in the next few weeks.
There will be at least two phones in the Vivo V27 series – the vanilla Vivo V27 and the Vivo V27 Pro. Both the phones will be made available in the mid-range and upper mid-range segments in the country.

Vivo V27 series will come with a new design. The major change will be at the rear, where the camera island will be slightly tweaked. Ring LED torch will also be available in it, which will be the main highlight of the phone.
If rumors are to be believed, the Vivo V27 Pro will feature a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution. The non-Pro model may not have a curved panel but could have a screen with a higher refresh rate.
The V27 Duo will come with OIS support on the rear camera. One of the phones in the series will feature a 50MP Sony IMX766 main lens. Both phones are expected to have 66W fast charging support.
Vivo V27 Pro may come with MediaTek’s Dimensity 8200 SoC. Both will boot on Android 13 OS out of the box with FuntouchOS 13 on top.
