Vivo India has announced the launch of the Vivo T1 5G, the first model of the Vivo T-series, on February 9. Notably, Redmi India will also launch its Redmi Note 11S in India on the same day. Vivo T1 5G debuted in China last year. According to company microsite, the smartphone will come with a triple rear camera setup. It will be available in Dark Blue color variant. Vivo India will reveal key details of the smartphone in the coming days. It will be available for purchase on Flipkart.
According to Vivo, the Vivo T1 5G will be the fastest and thinnest 5G smartphone in the under Rs 20,000 category. The company says that all the smartphones under the Vivo T-series will be manufactured at Vivo’s plant in Greater Noida.
Turbo Processor, Turbo Camera, Turbo Cooling and Turbo Screen make it the fastest and thinnest 5G smartphone under 20K.

Vivo T1 5G Expected Specifications
As for the variant launched in China, the smartphone will feature a 6.67-inch full LCD display that offers 120Hz refresh rate. It will also come with support for HDR10. It is expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset. It could come with Snapdragon 778G chipset or Snapdragon 695 SoC. It could sport a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
The Chinese variant of the smartphone offers 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. Expected to come with India variants.
In terms of cameras, the Vivo T1 5G is likely to come with a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 64-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. For selfies, it may come with a 16-megapixel front-facing camera.
The smartphone is expected to house a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging. In China, the smartphone was launched in Electro-Optic Cyan and Dawn Black color variants.
Post Vivo T1 5G confirmed to launch in India on February 9, the day the Redmi Note 11S first appeared on BGR India.
