Twitter may charge users for blue ticks
Twitter Blue, the company’s $4.99 per month optional subscription that unlocks additional features, will convert to a more expensive subscription that also verifies users.

The report states that verified users will have 90 days to subscribe under the current plan to have their blue checkmark.
Team members were informed that failure to launch the feature by the November 7 deadline would result in termination.
Twitter Blue subscriptions became widely available a year ago as a way to read articles from certain publishers without ads and make other changes to the application, such as changing the color of an app’s icon on the home screen.
Musk wants membership to grow to cover half of the business’s total revenue.
Recently, Musk said that the platform could expand or even get rid of the 280-character limit on the platform.
He also confirmed that the company under him is looking at increasing the length of the videos so that users can post longer videos.
