We have finally got a glimpse of the all-new TVS Ronin. The images appear to have been taken from some advertising material for the bike, which hints at a launch soon. The bike is expected to launch earlier this week. The new TVS Ronin design sheds some light on the design of the new bike and we also have some information on where TVS will position its latest relatively premium offering.
The TVS Ronin bike seems to have been built on the scrambler format. The long and slim seat as well as the straight handlebar are some of the dead gifts. Even for a scrambler, it looks like the new RVS Ronin has done a good job with cleanliness. The exhaust pipe is neatly placed in the chassis and engine. The exhaust is mounted in a nearly straight line with the pipe, another element seen on scramblers.
The bike gets a dual-paint scheme with a combination of steel gray and black. The color of the seat seems to be dark brown. The front fascia of the bike looks quite retro-inspired. The headlight gets a glimpse of T-shaped DRLs.
The upside-down golden yellow forks seem to be inspired by the TVS Zeppelin that was first showcased at the 2018 Auto Expo. The bike appears to have a mono-shock setup at the rear.
While there is no official confirmation, the bike is expected to be powered by a 223cc single-cylinder engine that will be capable of producing 20 bhp and 20Nm of torque. TVS Ronin will go up against the likes of Pulsar 250 series as well as Husqvarna 250 series. This bike will be one of the most powerful bikes in the non-Apache line-up of TVS motorcycles. We can expect more details to come as we get closer to the launch of the new bike. Stay tuned to BGR.in for the latest updates on TVS Ronin.
