HMD Global has announced that the sale of its upcoming Nokia X30 5G smartphone will begin in India from February 20. In a tweet, Nokia Mobile India revealed the sale date but kept the launch date under wraps. The announcement comes days after HMD Global’s Sanmeet Kochhar, vice president of India and MENA, teased the launch of the Nokia X30 5G and said it is made from recycled materials. His announcement also lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi for wearing a jacket made from recycled materials.

According to the tweet, the Nokia X30 5G is coming to India soon. It will also come with three years of Android OS upgrades and three years of security updates. The announcement also features an image of the Nokia X30 5G, but since the phone was launched in September last year, we are familiar with both the design and the specifications. HMD Global is expected to announce the launch date soon as the sales begin next week.
