This is still a rumor and in a recent social media post, Poco confirmed it. Poco X3 GT is happening and it will be soon. The company had just announced its launch date for the Malaysian market on July 26, just days after the launch of the Poco F3GT Indian. Poco has yet to reveal any specs and price for the X3 GT. The same can be said of the F3GT.
The Poco X3GT has long been rumored to be a renamed version of the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G from the Chinese market. Keep in mind that this is a very different phone from the Redmi Note 10 Pro sold in India. Even the Poco F3GT that is being launched in India is said to be based on another Redmi smartphone.
Poco X3 GT launch has been confirmed
If the Poco X3GT is based on the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G from China, it could be good news for any budget mobile gamers. The Redmi Note 10 Pro is built around a 5G MediaTek Dimension 1100 chipset that delivers the same level of performance as the Snapdragon 865. It also carries support for 5G connectivity.
With UFS 3.1 storage and an optimized version of MIUI 12.5, the Poco X3 GT is expected to be a fast-performing phone for a lot of money. Another notable feature of the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G is the 6.6-inch Full HD + IPS LCD display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. Drop Protection and Support HDR 10+ contains Gorilla Glass Victus for color.
The cameras on the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G include a 64-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 2-megapixel third camera. The front camera relies on a 16-megapixel sensor. Similar to the Redmi Note 10 Pro 4G versions, it has a stereo speaker setup. The battery stays the same at 5000mAh but it uses a faster 67W charging solution instead of the old 33W system.
Poko has an exercise in re-branding Redmi smartphones in the global market but given the specs, we are deeply interested in what kind of Poko we offer.
