Sony PlayStation State of Play announced, Gran Turismo 7 gameplay to be revealed

Sony has announced that it will be hosting its PlayStation State of Play event later this week. The event will be streamed live for all to see and will primarily focus on the upcoming Gran Turismo 7. At the event, the company will showcase approximately half an hour of gameplay footage of Gran Turismo 7. Polyphony Digital’s upcoming racing simulator is Gran Turismo 7. Expected to be released as a PlayStation exclusive in March. This is going to be the eighth title of the popular Gran Turismo franchise.

The company has revealed that the event will showcase modes and features, along with 30 minutes of Gran Turismo 7 gameplay footage on PlayStation 5. Apart from this, we can also expect to see gameplay footage from many other upcoming PlayStation games.

The event is usually of 20 minutes, however, this time with the special screening of 30 minutes, we can expect it to stretch a bit longer.

Gran Turismo 7 is set to be released on March 4, which will bring together a long-awaited European campaign mode, paying homage to the roots of the word “Gran Turismo” in the 17th century. The game will mark the return of Trial Mountain and the high-speed ring track. Apart from this, the game is also expected to expand its car designing tools, car photography tools, car tuning as well as car collection. We can also expect a special collaboration with Sony in terms of the Special Edition PS5 or a Special Edition PS5 controller launch.
