Skoda last year launched the Skoda Kushak in India. Now, as the SUV has completed one year in the country, Skoda India is reported to launch a special anniversary edition variant of the car in India. The newly launched car is launched in India as Skoda Kushk Anniversary Edition starting from Rs 15.59 lakh and will come with features like ‘Anniversary Edition’ badge on the C-pillar and steering wheel, 10-inch touchscreen display with support Comes. Android Auto and Apple Car Play and a new cross-stitch among other things.

according to a report good By Auto Cars, the new Skoda Kushak Anniversary Edition SUV comes in four variants – Style 1.0 TSI MT variant priced at Rs 15.59 lakh, Style 1.0 TSI AT variant priced at Rs 17.29 lakh, Style 1.5 TSI MT variant priced at Rs 17.49 lakh Is. The Style 1.5 TSI DCT variant costs Rs 19.09 lakh.
Skoda Kushak Anniversary Edition Features and Specs
In terms of features and specifications, Skoda has not made any major changes to the original Kushak. However, there are a few small but noticeable changes that help differentiate the regular Kushak from the Kushak Anniversary Edition. In terms of design, Skoda has not made any changes to the exterior of its SUV. Instead, it has added an ‘Anniversary Edition’ badge on the C-pillar and steering wheel. Apart from this, the company has added a new contrast stitching and a chrome applique at the base of the door. Apart from this, the company has also included new door-edge protectors in the Kushak Anniversary Edition SUV.
Other features like the sunroof, alloy wheels and faux diffuser element on the front bumper have remained unchanged in Skoda.
In terms of specifications, the Kushak Anniversary Edition comes with a 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbo petrol engine that generates 115hp of power and 175Nm of torque. This variant is mated to a six-speed manual. There is another engine option that comes with a 1.0-litre, four-cylinder turbo petrol unit that churns out 150hp of power and 250Nm of torque. This engine also supports six-speed manual.
Additional features include a 10-inch touchscreen display with support for Apple Car Play and Android Auto, ESC (electronic stability control), rain sensing wipers, cruise control, automatic climate control, and traction control among other things.
