Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro hints at three color options, design and more


Renders of Samsung’s alleged high-end earbuds Galaxy Buds 2 Pro have surfaced online. These 3D animated renders reveal the design of the case and the earbuds. These upcoming earbuds will take on the likes of Apple’s AirPods and Google’s Pixel Buds. Last year, Samsung launched the Galaxy Buds 2 along with the Galaxy Watch 4 series for Rs 11,999.

This year, the company is expected to launch the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and Galaxy Watch 5 at its Galaxy Unpacked event this year. Renders of the smartwatch have also surfaced online, indicating that it may be arriving soon.

As per the renders shared by Evan Blass And 91mobilesThe design of both the case and the earbud won’t change much as compared to the Galaxy Buds Pro earbuds that were launched in January this year for Rs 8,490.

As per the renders, you will get a clamshell charging case design that will house a Type-C port and an LED indicator. The major highlight of the earbuds is the “Bora Purple” color variant. For the unversed, it will also be available in White and Graphite (Black) color options. Additionally, the box will come with “Sound by AKG” branding on the box. The earbuds are likely to come with an in-ear design with no stem attached.

The Galaxy Buds Pro 2 will come with a better battery life as compared to the Buds Pro, which houses a 472 mAh battery and offers up to 18 hours on a single charge including the case. Apart from this, the TWS earbuds are expected to come with features like Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), Transparency Mode and more.

For the unversed, the rumored earbuds were spotted on the FCC certification website. This ANC technology is likely to produce 98 percent noise cancellation. The Transparency Mode will be available in three levels in these earbuds. They are likely to come with three microphones for a smooth calling experience and will also make use of machine learning.
