Samsung has released Android 13-based One UI 5.0 for the Galaxy A52. This is a beta update for those who signed up for the beta program. The update recently arrived on the Galaxy S22 phone and now that it is coming to a mid-range device there is great news for Samsung fans.

The Android 13-based OneUI 5.0 beta update brings some personalization features and adds a lot of new changes to the device. Obviously, most of the features will be from Android 13 OS, but there are also OneUI.

With the new update, up to 16 color themes are available depending on the wallpaper you choose. You can also add multiple widgets to your home screen, so you can save some space on your home screen. Call backgrounds are also coming with the new OS.

There are a few more features that come with One UI 5. However, note that this is a beta update and may contain some bugs. That said, if the Galaxy A52 is not your primary device, you can give the update a try.

To download and install the update, go to Settings, then About phone, and look for updates in the Software updates tab. Once you see the update, make sure to download immediately as it will take some time to get ready to install. Also, make sure your Galaxy device’s battery is above 50 percent while updating, if not, plug it in immediately.

Samsung Galaxy A52 was launched earlier this year with a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with full-HD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It houses a 32MP selfie snapper and a quad-rear camera system at the back.

The device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 720 SoC coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It houses a 4,500mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging.

After Samsung Galaxy A52, Android 13-based One UI 5.0 beta first appeared on BGR India.
