Realme 9 Pro+ is going to be launched in India soon and the brand has now shared an important information about the device. Realme has confirmed that the new smartphone will come with MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G chipset. It will be one of the first devices to onboard the chip.

Continuing the trend, the upcoming Realme 9 Pro+ will support 5G networks and be one. One of the first smartphones to adopt MediaTek Dimentity 920 5G processor.”
As per reports, the new Realme 9 Pro series is tipped to fall in the upper mid-range price segment. Coming to the specifications, the Realme 9 Pro and Realme 9 Pro+ are suggested to have 120Hz AMOLED panels. The vanilla Realme 9 Pro is rumored to get a 6.6-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display. The phone is likely to be powered by the Snapdragon 695 5G processor. On the camera front, the phone is expected to get a 64-megapixel primary camera and a 16-megapixel front camera. The phone could pack a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
As far as the Realme 9 Pro+ is concerned, the handset is confirmed to get the Dimensity 920 5G mobile platform. The phone is expected to pack a 120Hz AMOLED display, a 50-megapixel triple camera setup, and a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.
Previous leaks have suggested the phone to come in three different colors. As per the renders shared by @OnLeaks, the new Realme series will feature a curved-edge body, slim profile and etched layer that adds wavy reflections at the back. On the UP front, there will be a single punch hold selfie camera in the top left corner. Rumors speculate that the regular Pro model will have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, while the Pro Plus model is likely to have an in-display fingerprint reader. Realme hasn’t given any tentative launch date, however, a recent report suggests that the company may showcase the device in India on February 16.
