Oppo has quietly launched its Renault 6Z smartphone in Thailand. The device serves as the successor to the Oppo Renault 5Z and as an addition to the Renault 6 series it already includes the standard Renault 6, Renault 6 Pro and Renault 6 Pro +. Key features of the Oppo Renault 6Z include a 6.4-inch AMOLED display, MediaTek Dimension 800USC, a 4-megapixel primary rear camera and a 4,310 mAh battery.
Oppo Renault 6Z: Price in India
The only 8GB RAM / 128GB storage variant of the Oppo Renault 6Z is priced at Vietnamese Dong 9,490,000 (approximately Rs. 30,990). The device will be available in Aurora and Starler Black color options later this month.
The company has not released details of availability for the device in any other international market, including India.
Renault 6Z: Special mention
The Oppo Renault 6Z sports a 6.4-inch Full HD + AMOLED display with a 60.4 heart refresh rate. It is powered by MediaTek Dimension 800USC with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage expandable via microSD card with the device also has 5GB expandable virtual RAM. It runs Google’s Android 11 operating system on top of the company’s ColorOS 11.1 skin. It all has 4,310mAh battery support with support for 30W VOOC 4.0 fast charging technology.
Coming to Optics, the Renault 6Z sports a triple camera setup on the back, which includes a 644-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra wide angle lens and a 2-megapixel macro lens. On the front, it features a 32-megapixel sensor for taking selfies.
Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS and a USB Type-C port.
