Oppo hosted a major launch event ahead of Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2022, in which it launched its Find X5 series smartphones consisting of the Oppo Find X5 Lite, Oppo Find X5 and Oppo Find X5 Pro and Oppo Enco X2 TWS earbuds. Apart from these, Oppo also entered a new product category by launching the Oppo Pad tablet.
The recently launched Oppo Pad tablet packs some top-notch features under the hood. The list includes an 11-inch display with metal frame and glass back, Snapdragon 870, 8,360mAh battery, and support for Pencil stylus.

Oppo Pad comes in Black and Purple color variants and three storage variants. The base variant of Oppo Pad comes with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage space and is priced at CNY 2,299 (approximately Rs 27,500). The top variant of Oppo Pad comes with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage space and is priced at CNY 2,999 (approximately Rs 38,800). There is another variant with 6GB RAM and 256GB storage space which is priced at CNY 2,699 (approximately Rs. 32,300).
It will go on sale in China from March 3. There is no word on when the Oppo Pad will be available in markets across the world.
Oppo Pad Specifications
The newly launched Oppo Pad flaunts an 11-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels and a screen refresh rate of 120Hz. It also has support for HDR 10 and 10-bit color. In terms of design, the Oppo Pad comes with a frosted glass back and a metal chassis. It also has support for Oppo Pencil which can be charged magnetically. It runs on ColorOS 12 based on Android 11.
Oppo Pad is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 system-on-chip coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage space. On the camera front, the newly launched tablet packs a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP selfie camera. It has support for 8,360 mAh battery which is backed with support for 33W fast charging technology.
