OnePlus is expected to launch a new budget smartphone in India, codenamed as OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite. As the name suggests, the device will replace last year’s Nord CE 2 Lite.
So far no information about the device has been revealed by the brand. But ahead of the launch, the moniker of the phone was spotted on the company’s official website. This confirms the India launch of the smartphone.
Apart from this, nothing else has come to the fore from the website. However, we should soon know more details about the phone as the predecessor OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite was launched in April. That said, expect the Nord CE 3 Lite to launch around the same time.
OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G specifications (rumored)
Nord CE 3 Lite is expected to launch with a 6.7-inch IPS LCD display. The screen will refresh at 120Hz and there will be a punch-hole cut-out for the selfie camera.
The smartphone is said to get a camera upgrade. The device may feature a triple-rear camera system with 108MP main lens, 2MP macro lens, and 2MP macro lens.
On the front, the device could feature a 16MP selfie camera. Due to its chip, it can be limited to 1080 video at 60fps.
Talking about the chipset, this device can come with the same chipset as last year i.e. Snapdragon 695 SoC. It will be paired with LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 internal storage.
Talking about the battery, OnePlus could go with the same 5,000mAh cell as last year. However, the phone could get better 67W fast charging support. The device is expected to boot on Android 13 OS with OxygenOS 13 on top.
It is worth noting that OnePlus is yet to reveal the specifications of the phone, having said that take the above details with a pinch of salt.
