The OnePlus Buds Z2 TWS earbuds are already available in the global market for less than $100, and a new report suggests that the earphones may soon hit the Indian market, but with an affordable price tag.
According to tipster Yoges Brar, the second variant of the OnePlus Buds Z earphones can be offered in India for Rs 4,999. The details about the pricing were shared by the tipster in association with outlet 91Mobiles. The report suggests that OnePlus will initially release a Pearl White color option, while the Obsidian Black option will be introduced at a later date.
While the report revealed the India price, there were no details on the launch date. Previous leaks suggested the introduction of the earbuds in early 2022.
OnePlus Buds Z2 Specifications
OnePlus Buds Z2 was initially introduced in China for a price of CNY 499 (about Rs 6,000). It was later launched in the US and UK markets. The successor to the affordable OnePlus Buds Z TWS earbuds, the Buds Z2 features 11mm bass-tuned dynamic drivers and three microphones that are calibrated to reduce ambient noise. The earbuds have a transparency mode that allows for listening to the surroundings and come with Dolby Atmos support. Its low latency rate is as low as 94ms. The earbuds include multiple modes including Pro Gaming Mode, Cinematic Movie, Immersive Music and Mobile Gaming Mode.
The OnePlus Buds Z2 each have 40mAh batteries that are rated for five hours of use with ANC on and seven hours without ANC. The USB-C charging case houses a 520mAh battery and the Buds with the charging case are said to provide up to 38 hours of playback on a single charge. The earbuds are IP55-rated water and dust resistant.
After the OnePlus Buds Z2 price in India has been leaked online, suggestions that the imminent launch first appeared on BGR India.
