Ola Electric on Monday announced that it has expanded its direct-to-consumer (D2C) footprint by opening 14 new experience centers across 11 cities in the country.
The company said in a statement that three centers have been opened in Bengaluru, two in Pune and one each in Ahmedabad, Dehradun, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kota, Bhopal, Nagpur, Ranchi and Vadodara.
Ola Electric now has over 50 experience centers and aims to open 200 by the end of this year.
The centers allow electric vehicle (EV) enthusiasts to experience its EV technology and also enable customers to take test rides of the S1 and S1 Pro.
Anshul Khandelwal, Chief Marketing Officer, said, “EV enthusiasts will be offered Ola Experience Centers as the go-to place to touch and feel our products, clarify their queries and seek pre and post-purchase support. People are loving the overall experience.” Ola Electric.
“We are rapidly expanding our offline footprint across the country with an aim to open a total of 200 such centers by the end of this year,” Khandelwal said.
With the help of its Experience Centers and the recent expansion of physical touch points through its robust D2C model, Ola has already conducted over 1 lakh customer test rides across India.
“Ola’s mission is to electrify all 2W in India by 2025, as the company works towards building a strong roadmap for electric vehicles to accelerate the world’s move towards electric mobility,” the company said.
