Lenovo’s subsidiary Motorola is ready to launch its new smartphone Motorola Edge 30 Pro. According to the latest report, the global and Indian launch of this upcoming smartphone is set for February. However, its exact launch date has not been disclosed at the moment. Most of the specifications of the phone have already been revealed. The smartphone will be a rebranded version of the Motorola Edge X30 launched in China last month.

Tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore has shared the leak and design of the upcoming Moto Edge 30 Pro via MySmartPrice. Along with the design, the specifications of the Motorola flagship phone have also been revealed. The global variant of Edge X30 is said to be slightly different from the variant launched in China. A significant difference can be seen in the fingerprint sensor, and the global variant may come with an in-display fingerprint sensor. In contrast, the Chinese variant may come with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
The Motorola logo is not placed in the middle of the rear panel, and unlike other Motorola phones, it is placed at the bottom left corner of the device. The oval-shaped camera module houses three camera sensors and an LED flashlight. There is a punch-hole cutout at the top center of the display for the selfie camera. The power and volume buttons are on the right side of the frame.
Specifications
If rumors are to be believed, the Edge 30 Pro can get the same features as the Edge X30. Although a slight change can be seen in its design.
Motorola Edge 30 Pro is expected to sport a 6.7-inch full-HD+ OLED display with 144Hz refresh rate and will come with HDR10+ support. Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor can be found in the device. The smartphone will be equipped with up to 12GB of RAM.
Triple rear camera setup can be given in the company’s handset. A 50MP primary camera, 50MP ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 2MP depth sensor can be placed on the back of the smartphone. A 60MP front camera can be found for selfie and video calling. Apart from this, 5000mAh battery can be found in the device with 68W fast charging support.
There is no information about the price of the phone that will be launched in India. The company is expected to know more about other specifications and launch of the smartphone in the coming days.
