Although MIUI 12.5 has been officially announced, it has not yet reached some devices in India. The update will be available in batches. As for the next-gen MIUI skin, reports speculate that MIUI is expected to get its first taste on August 13 with the Xiaomi MI MIX4 and Xiaomi CC11 series.
