Microsoft Edge’s collections get a Pinterest-like update


Microsoft is taking Edge collections to the next level. The company has rolled out a major update to its Edge web browser that brings a slew of new features to Collections, some of which move it in the direction of Pinterest.

For Unverse, Collections lets users collect and organize Web pages, photos, and videos from the Web into a single folder that’s accessible in the browser, including its mobile apps. Now, the company has updated the functionality to make it more dynamic and easy to use. The company has announced that now, users can Save images and videos to their collection as they browse the web. To save an image or video from the web, all users need to do is hover or right-click on the item on the webpage and click the Add button to save it to the archive.

The company also said that in the coming days, Edge users will also be able to Share your collection with othersWhich will make it easier to collaborate with others.
