MG Motor has teased a new electric car that will be launched in Q4 this year. The company hasn’t revealed the official name or overall design, but has released a teaser video. The new electric car is expected to be cheaper than the MG ZS EV. MG is expected to call the new EV MG4.

According to a company statement, the new electric car will be made for the European market. MG has revealed that the length of the car will be 4,300mm. This is the only data provided about the car. In comparison, the MG ZS EV 2022 measures 4,314mm in length.

Another important highlight in the company’s statement is that the electric car is being promoted with the tag #MGElectricforAll. This indicates that MG Motor will offer it at a price lower than the current EV, which is the ZS EV.

In a tweet, MG Motors said, “The UK premiere of a brand new 100% electric vehicle from MG is set for Q4 this year. The vehicle measures 4.300 mm in length and has been developed with the UK consumer in mind. Take a look at this beauty and stay tuned. ,

In the teaser, MG has revealed some visual elements of the car. From the silhouette, we can be sure whether it is a small SUV or a hatchback. Considering that there is massive side cladding, it will most likely be an SUV. The tires will be 17-inch alloys. Large wheel arches and a strong shoulder line also point towards the SUV.

On the reverse side MG didn’t say anything. However, we could see the taillights. Sleek taillamps will be used on the MG 4, which pass through almost the entire tailgate. ORVMs come with Piano Black finish. The presence of a single camera on the ORVM also suggests that it will have a 360-degree view.
