Research firm Counterpoint has done published List of top 10 best selling smartphones of last year. Interestingly, Apple’s iPhone 13 topped the list, and 8 out of 10 best-selling devices were from Apple. Samsung barely managed to handle the situation.
Apple iPhone 13 tops the list of best selling phones
There are 8 iPhones and only two Android phones in the list of top 10 best-selling phones of 2022. Out of all the Android brands around the world, Samsung managed to sell the most number of devices.
Starting from the top, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPhone 14 Pro Max were the top three best-selling devices.
After them, Samsung Galaxy A13 grabbed the fourth position with 1.6 percent share. The next five best-selling phones were again the iPhone – iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 12, iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone SE 2022.
Lastly, the Galaxy A03 – another Galaxy A series phone – managed to grab the 10th spot.
This list is enough to show how Apple devices are widely popular globally and Samsung flagships don’t even come close.
Since Apple iPhone 13 was the best selling phone, let’s see what it has to offer. Before we recap its specs, it’s worth noting that the iPhone 13 sales figures are still looking good. Probably because 14 doesn’t offer much compared to 13. Plus, the 13 is pretty cheap right now.
