iOS 15.2 Beta 2 update lets iPhone users easily know if someone is spying on them

Apple will soon release iOS 15.2 and iPad OS 15.2. Both versions are currently available for testers and developers. The tech giant has introduced iOS 15.2 Beta 2 to registered developers, such as app privacy reports, redesigned notification summaries, and more.

The new update SDK involves creating apps for iOS, iPadOS 15.2 Beta 2 powered iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch devices. It comes bundled with Xcode 13.2 Beta which is available from the beta software download.

Hide my email

Tech Giant has come up with a shortcut to hide my email inside the Mail app. Previously, users could only access it via an iCloud settings in the iPhone Settings app. All you have to do is select ‘Hide my email’ and this will create a random email id.

Introduction to Inheritance

Apple has added ‘Legacy Contacts’ to iOS and iPadOS 15.2 Beta 2, allowing users to add an identity from their list as a legacy person. The feature will allow the designated heir to access your Apple ID and data after your death. The person can access your photos, messages, videos, notes, files, device backups and much more. However, there is a catch, and the iCloud keychain password will still not be accessible.

Auto call

Auto Call can now be set up to use one of two strategies to start an emergency call: hold the side button with the volume button or quickly press the side button on different occasions.

iPadOS TV app

Apple has launched a new design for the TV app. It will now have a sidebar that helps you easily navigate between different sections of the TV app.

Communication privacy

The tech giant has enabled communication protection features in messages for children. Parents will be able to keep track of incoming messages on children’s devices for nudity.
