Gmail users can keep their emails offline on their devices as separate files. They can do it directly from the Gmail site. Emails will be downloaded separately and you will have to download the mail on your PC or Laptop.
You will need a desktop mail client to open mail. The same option is not available for smartphones. You must be wondering that what are the benefits of downloading email on your PC or Laptop. Well, many things can come out of this.
Once you have downloaded the email, you can send it as an attachment through any other mail. The biggest advantage is that mail can stay offline on your hard disk or SSD. You can also save valuable cloud storage by downloading and storing emails in your local storage.
