OnePlus launched its flagship smartphone OnePlus 10 Pro in January this year. The company launched the OnePlus 10T later in August. Both offer powerful chipsets and come with several highlighting features.
The launch price of OnePlus 10 Pro was Rs 66,999 and the price of OnePlus 10T was Rs 49,999. Now, both the phones have great holiday offers, especially for those looking to exchange their old phones.
With offers, the OnePlus 10 Pro can be bought for around Rs 30,000, while the OnePlus 10T can be bought for less than Rs 20,000. Let’s check the offers.
OnePlus 10 Pro, OnePlus 10T have some exciting offers right now
There is a flat exchange bonus of Rs 10,000 on Apple and OnePlus phones on the official website of OnePlus. On top of this, there is up to Rs 6,000 instant discount on ICICI Bank credit card direct, net banking and EMI transactions.
In my case, I tried to exchange my old Apple iPhone 11 with 128GB of storage for both the OnePlus 10 Pro and the OnePlus 10T.
Interestingly, the OnePlus 10 Pro price has come down to Rs 36,319 with the exchange bonus. On top of this, Rs 6,000 instant discount brings down the final price to Rs 30,319.
Similarly, with the OnePlus 10T, the price has come down to Rs 24,319 after the exchange bonus. There is an instant discount of up to Rs 5,000 on the 10T, which brings down the final price to Rs 19,319.
The exchange value of my iPhone 11 128GB came to Rs 25,680, which is pretty decent for a phone released in 2019.
Interestingly, there is also an exchange bonus of Rs 10,000 on older OnePlus phones like the OnePlus 2, OnePlus 3, OnePlus 5 and others. The exchange value of Apple’s iPhone XR is around Rs 24,000, which is solid for a 2018 phone.
Is this deal worth it?
While the final prices of the phones after exchange and bank offers are attractive, it is worth noting that the launch of the OnePlus 11 is round the corner. OnePlus 11 is likely to be launched in the next month i.e. January 2022. But still, if you can buy the 10 Pro for under Rs 30,000 then it is a good deal as the OnePlus 11 won’t be any cheaper.
The successor to the OnePlus 10T will still take some time to launch, so it’s a safe bet if you’re considering exchanging your old phone.
The OnePlus 10 Pro and the OnePlus 10T are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 respectively. Both come with 120Hz displays and have triple cameras. Both boot on Android 12 but are upgradable to Android 13. The 10T has 150W fast charging, while the 10 Pro supports 80W fast charging.
