WB Games Montreal will launch Gotham Knights tomorrow, October 21, and it will come to new-gen consoles like PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The title will also come on PC. Ahead of its launch, the developers have shared a disappointing news. Additionally, the system requirements for the PC are gone.
Gotham Knights will be limited to 30 FPS for consoles
WB Games Montreal has confirmed that Gotham Knights will run at 30 fps on consoles. And no, there will be no performance mode or any option to get a better 60 fps.
The announcement was made on the game’s Discord channel and as soon as it was revealed to the public, there was hatred surrounding the title. However, on PC, it can run at 60 FPS even at 4K. It all depends on the system.
WB recommends something in the form of the RTX 2070 to play it at 60 fps with a resolution of 1080p on high settings. At a minimum, you need a GTX 1660Ti to run it at 60 FPS on the lowest settings at 1080p.

The game is set in the time when Batman dies and the Bat-family, including Robin, Nightwing, Batgirl, and the Red Hood, take it on to defend the city. At its heart, it will be a single-player title that will also offer some co-op.
It will arrive on PlayStation 5, Xbox X|S console and PC at 10:30 PM IST. The game is already available for pre-order for all platforms and for PC, you can buy it on Steam and Epic Games Store for Rs 2,999.
