Google rolls out third Android beta 13 beta 3 build with bug fixes

Google has started rolling out the third build of its Android Beta 13 software update. Google had to release not one or two but three builds for Android 13 beta 3 due to serious bugs and issues. This update focuses on these bug fixes and does not introduce any new features.

In this new update, you will find solutions to keyboard and launcher problems. Users also reported that swiping back gestures would cause the system to crash. The update also bought a fix for this.

Additionally, the Pixel was experiencing problems connecting to Wi-Fi networks and freezing even when plugged in to power which could only be resolved on reboot. Both of these issues were resolved in this update. The system has also seen improvements in “connectivity thermal power management” which was causing unstable performance and poor battery life.

according to a report by Android Police“The reason why so many patches are released this month is because June beta 3 is listed as a “platform stability” milestone on Android’s timeline and was not achieved straight off the bat. This build App developers should begin finalizing compatibility testing for apps, SDKs, and libraries.”

Beta 4 with the public build is likely to start in the month of July. As always, it is expected to release for Pixel devices first. Note that if you are running a beta on your device, you will need to install this update to fix the bug.
