The next phone in the company’s affordable Pixel lineup, the Google Pixel 7a, is reportedly coming to the upcoming Google I/O event. Several leaks and renders have portrayed what the Pixel 7a will look like, but a new set of leaked renders gives us our clearest look yet at the upcoming Google phone. There’s a punch-hole in the center of the display, making it a similar design to the latest Pixel phones. The renders also show three color options for the Pixel 7a: Blue, Grey, and White.

Powering the phone will be the Google Tensor G2 chipset, which is in the Pixel 7 series. You can expect the phone to come with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. The Pixel 7a could come with a 64-megapixel main camera with support for optical image stabilization (OIS) and a 12-megapixel ultrawide camera. It may have a 10.8-megapixel camera at the front inside the punch-hole.
The upcoming Google Pixel 7a may come with a 4400mAh battery that can last up to 72 hours. The phone may support 20W fast wired charging, but you can expect wireless charging as well. According to the report, the latest Android 13 software will power the Pixel 7a.
Google’s next affordable Pixel phone, the Pixel 7a, could be priced at $499, which is around Rs 41,000. Google Pixel 6a was launched in India for Rs 43,999. This means the successor will be priced at least the same as the Pixel 6a, but there’s no way it will cost as much as the translated price in India.
