Global consumer electronics major Dyson on Wednesday launched its new cord-free vacuum cleaner ‘V15 Detect Xtra’ in India.
The Dyson V15 Detect Xtra Vacuum Cleaner in Prussian Blue and Bright Copper color is available for Rs.65,900 on the company’s official website and its offline stores.
Engineered with 230 air watts (AW) and a laser to reveal microscopic dust, it’s equipped with full machine HEPA filtration to capture ultra-fine particles like pet dander and nasties.
The company introduced new attachments with the Dyson V15 Detect Extra – the scratch-free dusting brush and the Odd Gap Tool attachment, which according to the company are engineered to provide the ultimate household cleaning solution.
It also comes with a built-in crevice and dusting tool that turns the Dyson V15 Detect Xtra into a handheld vacuum, saving time when switching between floor and hand cleaning.
In addition, the new vacuum cleaner also features key technologies from Dyson, such as a dust light, piezo sensor and advanced de-tangling brush bar technology.
Dust illumination technology reveals particles users normally can’t see on hard floors, so they know exactly where to clean.
With piezo sensor technology, the carbon fiber filaments in the cleaner head pick up microscopic particles that range in size and count up to 15,000 times a second.
The dust enters the vacuum and hits acoustic piezo sensors within the bin inlet, converting small vibrations into electrical signals, the company said.
Created for homes with pets, the advanced brush bar technology is designed to tackle all hair, whether left behind by our feline, canine or human friends.
