The Disney + Hotstar OTT platform launched three new plans for Indian consumers last month. These new subscription plans will replace existing plans. From September 1, three new Disney + Hotstars will take effect, so existing users must upgrade them to continue using the video streaming platform and watch their favorite movies and web series without any hassle.
The Disney + Hotstar subscription plan in India now starts from Rs 499 and goes up to Rs 1499 for annual membership. Currently, Disney + Hotstar offers three plans for Indian customers including a monthly plan of Rs 299, a VIP plan of Rs 399, an annual plan and an annual subscription pack of Rs 1499.

Disney + Hotstar has announced three new subscription plans including Rs 499, Rs 899 and Rs 1499.
Under the 4 499 subscription plan, Disney + Hotstar offers HD quality video access for one year validity. This plan is for mobile users only. So, if you only use content using your mobile phone, it should be understandable and also be pocket friendly.
Under the Rs 899 subscription plan, Disney + Hotstar allows access to two screens / devices and watch HD quality videos. So, unlike the cheapest Rs 299 plan, this subscription plan can be used on a laptop or TV with a smartphone. It is also an annual plan.
-Under the most expensive Rs 1499 subscription plan, Disney + Hotstar offers 4 screens / devices and 4K quality video streaming. It comes with the most premium plan of the three and one year validity.

It should be noted that the new Disney + Hotstar subscription plan will be effective September 1, 2021.
