BGMI tipped to get new 'Mega Modes' from PUBG Mobile, popular modes in the list

Crafton has announced that it will now begin banning devices used by players to cheat in its popular battle royale game, Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI). With this change in policy, the developers have said that they will ban devices running software that helps gamers to cheat. Under the new policy, devices will be banned permanently, unlike the old policy of approving the offending account.

The company has announced the details of the new sanctions policy a . shared through official blog post on the game’s website. According to the post, “If the use of illegal programs with a mobile device is detected by the newly implemented security logic, the device will be permanently banned from using BGMI.” To recall, earlier the company used to ban players’ accounts only when they were found to be cheating.

“So far only accounts were banned, but now mobile devices will also be banned, making fair gameplay far more effective,” it added.
