Android 12

Android 12 Beta 3.1 was released for the Pixel phone last month. Although previously exclusive to Google-built phones, the Mountain View company has moved away from the normal cycle this time around. When several users sign up for the preview, Google Beta 1.1 fixes some of the issues with Android 12.

The Android 12 final build is widely expected to land in September or October, so it’s only a few weeks until the listed devices get an overloaded interface. But until the tech giant is baking and tuning the features for the new Android version, here are some unique aspects of Android 12 that we think are worth waiting for.

It is worth waiting for Android 12 unique features

Fresh UI: A big change to Android 12 is the new component UI which is claimed to be ‘more intuitive and fun’. The new UI draws accent colors from the wallpaper to give a ‘unified look’, be it notification shades, lock screen or volume control.

Widget: Apple has made changes to iOS widgets, Google does not want to lag behind. On Android 12, widgets will see a new design where the presence of color will match the color extraction of your choice.

Privacy and security: The tech giant is focusing on another area, privacy and security. The Android Private Compute Core, the engine behind the new Android OS privacy feature, will ensure that the app and phone are compatible with user privacy settings. A new privacy dashboard will appear on Android 12 where you can see which apps have accessed which permissions.

Game Dashboard: Although smartphone gaming has become the center of attraction lately, Google is taking due care in this area. With the Game Dashboard on Android 12, users will be able to quickly access screen recordings, screenshots, FPS meters, a DND toggle, YouTube streaming shortcuts, a play games widget and a game optimization menu.

Performance skills: Also, the next-gen Android OS will provide better performance and power efficiency. Google notes that reducing the CPU time required for OS Core system services by 22 percent and the large core usage of the system server by 15 percent will increase battery life. Other changes and enhancements seen in the Android 12 Beta 3 update include: those and prominent ‘widget’ shortcuts, in recent times with Chrome’s new link-sharing buttons, home screen folder tweaks, and more. Don’t make it into a stable construction.

Android 12 Compatibility: List of supported devices

Google Pixel phones are no doubt on the table, but there are a few more compatible phones on the line that are expected to get the Android 12 stable update with the Pixel handset. As follows they-
