After two hiatus of Covid 19 pandemic, people have started traveling again. Many of them prefer to watch web series or shows on OTT platforms while traveling. In view of this, telecom companies have started giving complimentary OTT platform subscription with their plans to attract customers. The most common OTT platforms offering supplements for subscription postpaid users include SonyLiv, Disney+Hotstar, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Zee5. Here, we have listed some of the best postpaid plans under Rs 500 with OTT benefits for you.

Here are the best postpaid plans with OTT benefits under Rs 500

Airtel Rs 499 postpaid plan

Airtel’s Rs 499 postpaid plan offers free calling, 100 SMS per day, 200GB data rollover with 75GB monthly data limit. Additional data is being given at the rate of Rs 20 per GB. This plan offers complimentary subscription to Amazon Prime, Disney+Hotstar and Airtel’s own XStream subscription.

Airtel has another postpaid plan under Rs 500, priced at Rs 399. It offers the same benefits as the Rs 499 plan, but with 40GB monthly data limit and no OTT platform subscription.

Vodafone Idea Rs 401 postpaid plan

Vodafone Idea has only one plan available under Rs 500. It is offered at a monthly rental of Rs 401. The plan offers unlimited calling, 50 GB monthly data with 100 SMS per day, and Rs 20 per GB additional data. Vodafone Idea offers data rollover of up to 200GB along with complimentary subscriptions to SonyLiv, Zee5 and its own Vi Movies & TV.

Jio offers two postpaid plans under Rs 500. Their price is Rs 299 and Rs 399. The plan offers unlimited calling and SMS with monthly data limits of 30GB and 75GB respectively. However, they do not offer any OTT platform subscription.

Similarly, BSNL has two plans under Rs 500 that are available at Rs 199 and Rs 399 respectively with unlimited calling and 25GB and 75GB monthly data limits. These plans also offer without complimentary OTT subscription.

It is worth mentioning that Jio recently introduced three new add-on prepaid plans for mobile users to help them watch cricket on the go. These plans are priced at Rs 219, Rs 399 and Rs 999 and are meant for cricket fans during the current IPL season. You can check the details of these schemes here.
