For many of us, OTT platforms have become one of the main modes of entertainment because of the inherent advantages like ease of access, quality content and on-demand entertainment. To access OTT content, one needs an internet connection and a subscription to an OTT platform. By the way, now there are many OTT platforms. In view of this, telecom companies have started offering OTT bundled subscriptions along with their normal recharge plans to attract customers. These OTT bundled subscriptions mostly include Amazon Prime, Disney+ Hotstar, and Netflix.

There are currently four major telecom operators in India and each of them offers multiple recharge plans, making it difficult for customers to find the one that suits them best. To clear the confusion, we are here with a list of the best postpaid plans under Rs 1,000 with OTT benefits.

Here are the best postpaid plans under Rs 1,000 with OTT benefits

Airtel Rs 599 postpaid plan

Airtel’s Rs 599 postpaid plan offers unlimited calling facility with free add-on for family member. The plan offers 105GB monthly data (75GB for the primary connection plus 30GB for each add-on that customers add) with up to 200GB rollover and 100 SMS per day. In addition, paid add-on connections are charged at Rs 299 per connection.

Talking about the OTT bundled subscriptions, Airtel offers six months of Amazon Prime, Disney+ Hotstar for one year along with the Xstream mobile pack.

Airtel Rs 999 postpaid plan

Under Airtel’s Rs 999 plan, the customer gets unlimited calling along with three free add-ons for family members. The plan further offers 190GB monthly data (100GB for the primary connection plus 30GB for each add-on that customers add) with rollover of up to 200GB and 100 SMS per day. The paid add-on charges are the same as the Rs 599 plan.

The plan offers supplementary membership Amazon Prime Disney+ Hotstar Mobile for one year and Xstream Mobile pack for six months.

Jio’s Rs 699 postpaid plan

Jio Rs 699 plan offers unlimited calling for family members with three add-ons. The plan offers 100GB data along with 100 SMS per day and complimentary subscription to its own Jio Cinema and Jio TV along with Amazon Prime and Netflix (Basic) for one year. Apart from this, Jio charges Rs 99 for add-on family members.

It is worth noting that Jio has another plan for Rs 599, which offers similar benefits without add-ons and unlimited data. However, the plan only offers complimentary subscription to Jio Cinema and Jio TV.

Vodafone Idea Rs 501 postpaid plan

Vodafone Idea’s Rs 501 postpaid plan offers 3,000 SMS per month and 90GB data for one connection with 200GB data rollover. The plan offers Amazon Prime for six months, Disney+ Hotstar Mobile for one year, and VIP access to the Vi Movies & TV app. Apart from this, Vodafone Idea offers unlimited data between 12 AM to 6 AM.

Vodafone Idea Rs 701 postpaid plan

Vodafone Idea’s Rs 701 postpaid plan offers similar benefits as its Rs 501 postpaid plan which includes unlimited data and one year subscription to Disney+ Hotstar Super.

It is worth noting that BSNL has three plans of Rs 525, Rs 798 and Rs 999, which offer unlimited calling facility with 85GB, 50GB and 75GB data respectively. However, the government-owned company does not offer any OTT platform subscription.
